On Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, users get the client and subscription details through the user panel. There is no device limit, making it easy to use the service across personal devices.
Route selection and issue resolution
Choose a route based first on the destination, then on the route type and actual connection performance—not just the region label. VzVPN organizes route information by region and use case, so users can switch to another route in the same region when a connection is underperforming, or compare a nearby exit. When an issue occurs, check the subscription status, client settings, current network, and destination route in that order, then narrow down the cause based on the results instead of repeatedly changing unrelated settings.
Subscription rules are clear: monthly data resets each month on the activation date, and upgrading mid-cycle converts the remaining days based on the price difference. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Payments support Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; the available options are determined by the pricing page and user panel.
Privacy and data collection
VzVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record the websites users visit. To identify accounts, deliver subscriptions, confirm payments, troubleshoot issues, and process refunds, the service handles only the information required for each function, with controlled purposes and retention.
