Service Scope and Applicability

VzVPN provides international route connectivity through clients for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes. The service is intended to improve cross-border network connectivity where permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including access to international websites, use of online tools, and general network communications.

Available routes, client access points, subscription status, and remaining traffic are determined by the user panel. Routes may change based on network conditions, maintenance needs, and resource planning. Some websites or online services may independently apply regional identification, access controls, or risk management rules. VzVPN does not control third-party content, account policies, or final access results.

These terms and the Privacy Policy together define the rules for using the service. Before starting, users should confirm that the selected plan, traffic calculation method, client compatibility, and refund rules meet their needs.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; setting a username and password is sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under their account. If an account appears abnormal, users should stop using the affected credentials and address the issue promptly through the user panel.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices, allowing users to use the same account on devices they manage. Unlimited devices does not mean the service may be resold or publicly distributed. Accounts, subscription information, and access credentials must not be rented, sold, transferred, or shared with others, and must not be used to provide commercial access services without VzVPN authorization. Users are responsible for losses caused by exposed credentials, public distribution, or use beyond a normal personal-use scope.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the selected product before payment to avoid confusing the validity rules for monthly subscriptions and traffic packages.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to the context in which the service is used, as well as the rules of the websites, applications, and online platforms they access. Users must not use VzVPN for illegal activities or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, data rights, or other lawful rights of others.

The service must not be used for network attacks, malicious scanning, fraud, harassment, malware distribution, unauthorized system access, bulk transmission of harmful information, or other conduct that may damage the normal operation of networks, devices, accounts, or third-party services. Users must not interfere with route resources, evade reasonable service management measures, or continuously consume resources through automated means in a way that affects other users' normal connections.

VzVPN may conduct necessary checks based on clear evidence of abnormal activity, complaint information, or compliance requirements. Such checks are limited to maintaining service order, handling security incidents, and fulfilling applicable obligations.

Service Availability and Liability

International routes may be affected by local network quality, carrier routing, device systems, target website policies, network maintenance, and events beyond reasonable control. VzVPN maintains its service infrastructure and provides route options, but does not promise that any route will perform consistently at all times, in every region, or with every third-party service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VzVPN is not responsible for connection changes, access interruptions, or data loss caused by incorrect device configuration, system limitations, third-party platform changes, violations of third-party rules, force majeure, or other causes beyond reasonable control. Users should back up important data and confirm the connection environment and target service status before handling important business.

Route names, regional labels, and client prompts are provided to assist with selection and do not guarantee suitability for a specific purpose, access to a specific website, or fixed network performance. When handling important accounts, payments, or sensitive data, users should still apply account protection and data security measures appropriate to their circumstances.

Suspension, Termination, and Changes

If illegal use, subscription resale, account sharing, malicious consumption of route resources, attacks on service facilities, interference with other users, or a serious violation of these terms occurs, VzVPN may restrict relevant functions, suspend connections, or terminate the account based on the nature of the conduct. Service records and account status may be used as a basis for decisions before or after such measures are taken.

Users may stop using the service; refunds for paid subscriptions will still be handled under the refund rules in these terms. After account termination, users must not continue accessing the service with the original credentials. Choosing to stop using the service without submitting a refund request does not automatically initiate a refund.

VzVPN may revise these terms due to changes in legal requirements, service scope, subscription rules, or infrastructure arrangements. Updated content will be posted on this page, with the page's stated update date controlling. Continuing to use the service after changes means that the updated rules are accepted; users who disagree should stop using the service.

Payment and Refund Terms

VzVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Users should confirm the plan type, traffic allowance, and account information before payment. A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days after the first payment. Refund requests must concern the first payment record and be handled through the account and order information in the user panel.

The refund policy provides an evaluation period for first-time users and does not change the obligation to comply with these terms and applicable laws during use. Where illegal use, resale, account sharing, malicious consumption of service resources, or another serious violation of these terms occurs, account measures and refund requests will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable rules.

If there is a question about an order status, subscription activation, or refund record, users may review the order and account status in the user panel. Disputes related to these terms should first be addressed using order records, subscription status, service logs, and applicable laws and regulations.
