The service facts do not include a public email address, so this page does not display unverified contact details. For subscription or account support, use the user panel ticket entry.

Public Telegram channel

The service facts do not include a public Telegram address, so this page does not provide unofficial accounts or forwarding links. Submit a ticket in the user panel for order, account, or route issues.

When to use each channel

Accounts & subscriptions

Submit a ticket from the relevant account when login fails, the plan status is incorrect, traffic information looks unusual, or the remaining term after an upgrade needs checking. State which page showed the issue, what you already tried, and the status currently displayed.

Clients & connections

If a Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux client cannot connect, include the platform, the client’s exact error message, what you did before and after the issue appeared, and the result after switching to another international route. Get client and subscription access through the user panel.

Route selection

If connections to international websites, streaming services, or AI tools are unstable, include the target service, your current region, platform, and route types already tested in the ticket. Support can then suggest routes or troubleshooting steps for the situation.

Billing & refunds

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. For payment records, plan upgrades, or 30-day no-questions-asked refunds, submit a ticket from the account associated with the relevant record.

Expected response time

No fixed response time has been published. After submission, the issue enters the ticket queue; complete account and order details can usually be checked directly, while connection failures and route-specific issues may require additional environment information.

What to prepare before submitting

  • State whether the issue concerns your account, subscription, billing, client, or international routes.
  • Include the complete error message and say which page or action produced it.
  • For connection issues, specify whether you are using Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux.
  • List the routes or steps you have already tried to avoid repeated troubleshooting.
  • Do not send your account password or complete payment credentials in the ticket body.
