Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to users who visit the VzVPN website, create an account, manage a subscription, complete an order or use network acceleration services. Data is processed to provide services, protect accounts and systems, fulfill orders and improve page experience, and is limited to what is needed for these purposes.

VzVPN does not require an email address for registration; a username and password are enough. The service therefore does not request or collect a registration email when an account is created. Users should keep their account credentials secure. Passwords are used for authentication and are not displayed on pages in directly readable plain text.

Data Collected and How It Is Used

Account and subscription data includes the username, account status, selected plan, traffic usage and subscription validity. This data supports login verification, plan delivery, usage calculation, account overviews and customer support. Order records include order items, amount, payment status, and creation and completion times. They are used to confirm transactions, handle disputes, process refunds and reconcile finances.

Website analytics may include page paths, visit times, referring pages, browser and device environment, network address and interaction events. This information helps identify page issues, analyze content usage and maintain site security; it is not used to build profiles of the international websites users visit. When a user submits a support ticket, the service also processes the ticket content and related account information to investigate and respond to the specific issue.

No-Log Position and Connection Data

VzVPN does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, request content or historical records that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. The service does not maintain persistent connection logs linked to an account over time, nor does it use connection records for advertising analytics or user profiling.

To calculate traffic usage, route connections and troubleshoot faults, the system processes account traffic usage, subscription status and necessary temporary technical events. Temporary events are used only to determine whether a connection succeeded, identify route issues and prevent service abuse. They do not contain the content of pages users access. Such temporary information is not retained after operational diagnosis is complete; aggregated usage records show only traffic consumption, not the destinations accessed.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary security markers and page preferences. These data keep sessions active, reduce repeated actions and ensure that the user panel works as expected. Disabling necessary storage may prevent login status from being retained, stop account pages from loading or cause some features to work incorrectly.

Identifiers used for analytics are intended only for aggregated analysis of site usage. Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, users will need to log in again and reselect previously saved interface preferences.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

VzVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service. The service receives the payment result, order status and transaction identifiers needed to complete an order, but does not directly obtain the full credentials of a third-party payment account. Payment providers process transaction data under their own privacy rules; users should review the terms shown on the relevant payment page before paying.

Except when completing payments, providing necessary infrastructure, handling security incidents or complying with applicable law, VzVPN does not disclose account or order data to unrelated parties. Service providers may process information only as needed to perform the assigned service and should apply safeguards appropriate to their responsibilities.

Data Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide subscription services. Order records are retained for transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, refunds and applicable compliance requirements. Once no longer needed for those purposes, they are deleted or converted into aggregated information that cannot identify a specific user. Support ticket content is not used for unrelated purposes after support and dispute handling are complete.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit a support ticket to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data. After receiving a request, the service first verifies account ownership and then processes the information eligible for deletion. If some order records must be retained because of a transaction dispute or applicable rules, their use will be restricted and they will be handled once the retention basis no longer applies.

This policy may be updated when service features, data processing practices or applicable rules change. Updates will be posted on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. When an important change affects the scope of processing, a clear notice will be provided through the website or user panel.
